01 Can you build workstations specced for AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit?

Yes. We build custom workstations tuned for the specific demands of architectural software, and we also offer vendor-spec'd builds from Lenovo or Dell when you prefer a standard configuration. AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit are the tools we see most across Eastern Ontario firms and the workstations we build are speced with the system requirements to ensure peak performance.

02 What about file corruption or lost work?

For active files, we make sure self-service version history is enabled so team members can quickly pull up previous versions of their files. We ensure secure image and file based backups are done so you're protected against ransomware and hardware failure.

03 Do you support cloud collaboration for Revit and AutoCAD?

Most of our architect clients work from OneDrive, SharePoint or a dedicated file server rather than a dedicated cloud collaboration platform, and we handle that setup end to end. For firms that do use Revit Worksharing or the AutoCAD cloud tools, we handle user provisioning and the integration with your local environment.

04 How do you secure our project files and client data?

Encrypted storage on your servers, encrypted email for sensitive exchanges and controlled access so only the right people see each project. We also train your staff on phishing and ransomware threats.

05 Can our team work from home or site visits?

Yes. We configure secure remote access and cloud workflows so architects can review drawings, access project files and collaborate from anywhere without compromising security.

06 What happens to our current IT provider during the switch?
