Your Business Technology, Looked After

Your staff need secure access to the systems that run the business, while customers and guests need reliable connectivity of their own. We help County businesses manage those needs together, with networks, accounts and devices that are maintained and supported.

Whether you run a year-round office or a business with seasonal staff, you can choose the relationship that fits: all-inclusive managed IT, a support and security agreement or on-demand service. We help with the daily work and the technology decisions ahead.

Support Across the Office and the Property

A business that spans a guest area, office and outbuilding needs more than a router in the nearest room. We plan business and guest networks around how the property is used, with secure access to staff systems and connectivity where it is needed.

For rural County sites, we can also review internet options and backup connectivity. Account management, security and ongoing support complete the picture, so a network upgrade is part of a working business IT environment.

Common Questions

Business IT Questions

01 Can you separate guest Wi-Fi from our business network?
Yes. We can review the existing equipment and plan separate guest access so visitors do not share access to staff systems. Coverage, capacity and cabling requirements depend on the property.
02 Can you help before an opening or renovation?
Yes. Contact us while planning the work so we can discuss cabling, equipment locations, internet service and staff access. We agree on the scope and visit schedule before booking the installation.
03 Where is your team based?
Our office is at 632 Norris Court in Kingston. We provide remote support and arrange on-site visits across our service area from that location. Tell us your address and what needs attention so we can discuss the next step.
04 How do you schedule support and after-hours calls?
Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We assess the issue, explain whether it can be handled remotely and arrange an on-site visit when needed. After-hours and holiday voicemails are answered based on urgency. Response commitments are set out in individual client agreements.
05 How does on-demand support work?
On-demand support is our break-fix option: call when you need us, without a monthly support agreement. Work is billed for technician time, with a labour range approved before work begins. We discuss travel and any equipment costs when scoping the work, and check with you before proceeding if the scope expands. Ongoing managed support is priced separately around the systems and people we support.
