Microsoft 365 Done Right

Get the Full Value From
the Licenses You're
Already Paying For.

Microsoft 365 is more than Word, Excel and Outlook. Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Power Automate are included in most licenses and can make your work life much easier.

The Problem

Paying for Microsoft 365,
using maybe half of it

Most businesses set up Microsoft 365 once, point their email to it and never look back. Teams sits half-configured. SharePoint becomes a dumping ground. Licenses for staff who left two years ago quietly renew every month.

Meanwhile, the security side stays on default settings. No MFA on some accounts, no conditional access, no separate backup. The first time anyone notices is usually after a phishing incident or a failed insurance audit.

How We Fix It

A managed environment,
not a side project

As a Microsoft CSP, we can help manage your entire tenant, from buying the right licenses and configuring security through to everyday support. Email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and the automation tools most teams never touch all stay current and stable.

When your team has a question, they call us. When something needs to change, we handle it. When Microsoft rolls out something new that matters, we tell you in plain language and recommend whether to use it.

Common Questions

Microsoft 365 FAQ

Something not covered here? Get in touch.

01 We already have Microsoft 365. Do we need to switch resellers?
No. We can take over management of an existing tenant whether you bought licenses through Microsoft directly, GoDaddy or another reseller. If you'd rather consolidate, we're your local Microsoft Cloud Service Provider so we can bring licensing under our management. We handle billing, renewals and making sure you only pay for the licenses you actually need. In either setup nothing will be lost during the move.
02 Can you migrate us from Google Workspace or an older mail system?
Yes. We've migrated businesses from Google Workspace, GoDaddy mail, hosted Exchange, IMAP servers and on-premises Exchange. Small tenants move on a single weekend. Larger migrations (50+ mailboxes) run in the background while your team keeps working in the old system, with a quick final cutover and minimal downtime. If email is your main concern, our business email services page covers the migration process in detail.
03 We bought Windows 11 Home laptops by mistake. Can you fix that?
Yes, and you're not alone. A Home edition laptop can't join your Microsoft 365 domain, can't enforce business-grade security policies and shouldn't be used with business data. We do Home to Business upgrades regularly. You keep the same computer and profile data while being able to properly join your managed work environment. No need to reinstall Windows.
04 Isn't Microsoft 365 already backed up?
Microsoft replicates your data for availability, but they don't protect you from accidental deletions, retention policy mistakes, ransomware that hits OneDrive or a departing employee taking files with them. We add a separate backup of mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams so you can restore what you need. This is part of our backup and recovery service.
05 Can you help us actually use Power Automate, SharePoint and Power Apps?
Yes. These are the tools most businesses pay for and never touch. We design SharePoint sites and document libraries around how your team actually works, build Power Automate flows for repetitive tasks (approvals, notifications, document routing) and help scope Power Apps where a custom lightweight app would save real hours. No new software, just the licenses you already have.
06 What's the difference between OneDrive and SharePoint?
OneDrive is each person's personal work storage. SharePoint is shared storage for teams and projects. Most businesses end up needing both. We help structure them so files end up in the right place and the right people can find them without asking.
07 How do you handle staff coming and going?
Onboarding is a clean process: licensed, mailbox provisioned, security policies applied, day-one access to the right SharePoint sites and Teams channels. Offboarding is just as straight forward: mailbox archived, OneDrive transferred to a manager, sessions revoked and the license recovered.
08 Will MFA make life harder for staff?
Modern MFA is much less painful than the old version. Most logins use a quick approval on a phone, and trusted devices remember themselves for a while. We tune the policies so security is meaningful without staff having to fight their tools all day.
09 Do you support businesses outside Kingston?
Yes. Microsoft 365 is cloud-based, so most of the work is delivered remotely. We support clients across Kingston, Gananoque, Brockville, Napanee, Belleville and Prince Edward County, with on-site visits available whenever required.
