Support services are triaged based on severity of issues. Most support calls done remotely or for offices locally are completed within 1 hour.
Do you charge hourly or flat-rate?
On-demand support both in-person and remote is bileld based on time used. For work done on devices brought to our office, we often have fixed rate repair options. This will be quoted before work begins.
What is your service area?
Our office is located in Kingston Ontario. Our technicians regularly service clients across Brockville, Gananoque, Napanee, Belleville and beyond. For remote support, we’re able to provide support regardless of your location.
What if I need ongoing support later?
You’re welcome to continue using our on-demand support as often as you require. For ongoing service agreements we do offer Managed It Support that includes unlimited support, 24/7 monitoring and preventative maintenance.
